Books You Want To Refer To

-For jurisprudence its either Dias or Paranjape. Nomita will not suffice nor will Dhyani or AK Jain.

-CPC Takwani is good...for differences between reference review revision and appeal use AK Jain.

-CrPC I swear by an AK Jain...others may want to refer to Kelkar for few topics or even Sinha.

-Property Law you have to do easements from the bare act and for TPA use RK Sinha. If you like AK Jain use it but I personally havent seen it or read it for property law. So I really wouldnt know. People who have read it are free to posts comments regarding the same.

-Public Intl Law: go for oppenhiem shaw or AK Jain if you want to take the risk it totally depends upon what you are comfortable using. If you like kapoor use it but I wouldnt vouch for its authenticity.

-Investment and Competition Law: Bare Acts are the only source, and if you have the class notes use them. Do not ask me for class notes because this semester I barely attended any classes. Get hold of Abraham or some one who might have all the class notes.

All the best for the papers and once again I repeat I am not related to AK Jain.
